Walnut-Raisin-Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup raw walnuts

2 1/2 Tbsp raw honey

6 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp dijon mustard

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 (12-oz) pkg of broccoli florets, chopped

1 cup golden raisins

Instructions

1. Toast walnuts in dry skillet over medium - high heat 3-4 minutes or until golden and fragrant. ( don’t burn them, lol)

2. Combine honey, vinegar, mustard, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add broccoli, raisin, and walnuts and toss to coat.

3. Chill until ready to serve
