Ingredients
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or tenders
12 slices of bacon (turkey bacon ok), cut in half
1/4 cup of raw honey
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (for spicier dish use 1/4)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Cut chicken lengthwise into 24 strips
3. Wrap chicken strips with one piece of bacon. Place wrapped chicken strips on a baking sheet.
4 . Combine honey mustard and cayenne pepper in a smal bowl.
5. Save some of the mixture for dipping sauce; brush chicken with the honey dijon sauce
6. Bake 10 minutes; turn chicken, brush with honey dijon sauce.
7. Bake 10 minutes longer or until chicken is done and bacon is crispy
8. Serve and dip them in the honey dijon sauce
